FUNCTIONAL TRAINING/Strength and Conditioning


* Please note that your first session will be a Fitness Assessment *

Your assessment will be taken in your first private session. This way, we know where you’re at and can identify your personal goals. Some of the information to be collected:
– blood pressure
– postural analysis
– body measurements



1 on 1 Personal Training:

Session length: 30 mins ($60)

Session length: 60 mins ($100)

session packages:
10 x sessions package – $55/per session (30 min)
20 x sessions package – $50 per session (30 min)

10 x session package – $90/per hour

20 x session package – $80/per house

Group Training:

2 people/$90  30 min

3 people/$120 30 min
